HTC announces dual-core smartphone Sensation

HTC announced at a event in London there first smartphone with dual core soc: the Sensation. The HTC Sensation has a 4.3 “SLCD with a resolution of 960×540 pixels, a higher resolution than HTC has ever been using.

The Sensation is intended for the European market and is equipped with the Qualcomm MSM8260, a new processor with two cores each were clocked at 1.2 GHz. Qualcomm had accidentally announced this processor on Tuesday morning. The SOC contains a 220-Adreno GPU, which should allow better graphics.
